Fees and Payment Options

Y&I Wellness Private Limited is committed to ensuring user convenience by providing multiple payment methods, with the right to modify or add options without prior notice. Presently, accepted payment options include net banking facilities, select credit and debit cards, cash on delivery, third-party credit from select financial institutions, prepaid payment instruments and electronic wallets and any other options introduced by Y&I Wellness Private Limited over time, collectively referred to as “payment options.” The acceptance of payment options is at Y&I Wellness Private Limited’s discretion, with the right to deactivate or add options without notice.

Users must provide accurate financial information during transactions, taking responsibility for the security of their details. Y&I Wellness Private Limited disclaims liability for unauthorized use of user information and identity.

Y&I Wellness Private Limited is not liable for user losses due to:

• Lack of authorization for transactions, including those on gift cards and vouchers.
• Exceeding agreed credit/debit limits.
• Payment issues arising from technical glitches.
• Transaction declination beyond Y&I Wellness Private Limited’s control.
• User payments may be subject to terms and conditions set by their bank or financial institution, and Y&I Wellness Private Limited is not liable for any payment issues.

Transaction Limits

Y&I Wellness Private Limited may impose transaction limits and reserves the right to refuse or delay transactions based on customer history. Customers must acknowledge Y&I Wellness Private Limited’s discretion in processing transactions.

Pricing & Errors

Product prices include applicable taxes, and users are responsible for associated fees and taxes.

Product and service prices on the site are subject to change without notice at Y&I Wellness Private Limited’s discretion. Y&I Wellness Private Limited may revise or cease the availability of any product/ service at any time.

Y&I Wellness Private Limited aims to provide accurate product and pricing details, but errors may occur. Y&I Wellness Private Limited reserves the right to refuse and cancel orders or contact the customer for instructions in these circumstances. If the customer discovers mispricing after billing, they must notify customer support within 48 hours. Refunds will be processed based on the actual price payed by the user for the product. Users must remit invalidated payments into Y&I Wellness Private Limited’s bank account within 7 days of receiving notice; failure may result in legal action.

Pay on Delivery

The ‘cash on delivery’ option allows cash payments to delivery executives or logistic partner at the time of delivery of the purchased product to user. Y&I Wellness Private Limited reserves the right not to provide cash on delivery Payment Option for certain Products (these could be Products specified by Y&I Wellness Private Limited or Products with value exceeding a specified amount) or locations. Y&I Wellness Private Limited also reserves the right to modify cash on delivery options and conditions. Y&I Wellness Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage at its sole discretion.
