We hope you never have to initiate a return, but we’re here to help you out if you do. The following situations may necessitate a return:
Return Request:
For online orders, raise a Return request with our customer care within 02 days from delivery. If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, the concern must be escalated within 2 days of delivery. Y&I Wellness Private Limited reserves the right to cancel a Return request if initiated after the eligibility period.
Return Process:
Y&I Wellness Private Limited will verify a return request’s authenticity and nature. Once they have been identified as genuine, a return collection process will be initiated for them. Refunds and replacements are processed once the return is received by our delivery partner. Please note that replacement depends on product availability; otherwise, a refund will be offered. If there is an issue with your order, we are committed to assisting and resolving concerns.

For payments made through credit/debit card or net banking payments, a refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours to the same (Source) account.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by the customer. The refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours to the same (User provided) account.
