Order Processing and Dispatch:
Once your order is processed by our system, the products undergo a thorough quality inspection to ensure they are in perfect condition. After passing the final quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery executive/ logistic partner. To facilitate timely delivery, we require specific information such as your name, shipping address and contact details. Y&I Wellness Private Limited reserves the right to deem certain areas unserviceable and orders will not be processed for areas falling under this category. It is crucial to provide accurate and complete information to avoid any delivery issues. Standard dispatch timelines range from 30 minutes to 120 minutes. You may receive an estimated delivery timeline during the order confirmation, and we will communicate order details via email or SMS. These details will include a tracking number for real-time tracking, information about your delivery partner and an OTP to be shared at the time of handover. The tracking accuracy may be subject to technical difficulties.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges will be based on the user location which will be visible during the checkout for the user to understand the actual shipping cost (if applicable)
Delivery Time:
Our standard delivery time is 2 days, but some orders may take longer depending on the delivery pin code and the items ordered. Delivery may be delayed due to logistical issues, weather conditions, political disruptions, acts of God, or unforeseeable circumstances. We will attempt to inform you of delays but are not liable for any failure to notify.
Delivery Attempts and Secure Delivery:
We aim to deliver our shipments within the estimated timeline. If the customer is unavailable, Y&I Wellness Private Limited’s logistics partner will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts. Unsuccessful attempts will lead to order cancellation. In the event of such cancellations, Y&I Wellness Private Limited reserves the right to deduct the shipping charges incurred when refunds are being processed.
The OTP is required during the handover to the logistics partner, ensuring that only the intended recipient can accept the delivery. If any issues are encountered, this unique code can be reshared.
For customers opting for the ‘Pay on Delivery’ option, Y&I Wellness Private Limited’s delivery executive/logistics partner is authorized to collect the payment. This process is designed to be reliable and secure.
